Directions to EPA site: Hwy 147S to Alexander is closed. If traveling south on the Durham Freeway, take 40 W and get off on Exit 278 (Hwy 55). Turn Left on Hwy 54 and Right on Alexander. Similar directions if traveling from Chapel Hill on I 40. If traveling from Raleigh, take either Davis Drive (Exit 280) or Hwy 55 (Exit 278). If you take the Davis Drive exit, turn Left on Davis, Right on Hwy 54 and then Left on Alexander. Allow time to stop at Guard's station to show I.D., get parking pass, and go thru lunch line in cafeteria.
